National Development and Reform Commission: the robot industry has stepped into an accelerated period
on July 30, the national development and Reform Commission said at the press conference that industrial robots, as one of the major engineering packages to enhance the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, will be supported from the national Industrial Fund, expand international cooperation, downstream consumption support and other aspects, while vigorously developing the third-party robot testing business. It is also understood that the first draft of the 13th five year plan for robots has been completed and is expected to be released by the end of the year
at present, China has become the world's largest consumer market for industrial robots, with a sales volume of 56000 units last year, but the key parts are mainly controlled by the four global robot families, abb, Yaskawa, FANUC and KUKA in Germany, accounting for more than 50% of the market share. In order to speed up the localization of high-end equipment, China will give key support to the development and application demonstration of core components, and the cooling policy of relevant supporting users as long as they are powered on is expected to be increased. It is estimated that by 2020, China will have 300000 robots, and the output value of robots and systems is about 100billion yuan, which is expected to drive the 30 billion yuan market with a total weight of about 40000 tons. There is a broad space for import substitution of components such as reducers and servo motors
the national development and Reform Commission also revealed that the next development of the robot industry will be carried out from four aspects: first, through some policies such as the first set, help the industry expand market consumption; Second, innovate the use of central funds and consider using industrial funds to support the development of the robot industry; Third, we should increase financial support for Xinxing collar to connect the 1-series transmission commemorative head structure and the photoelectric encoder installed on the top of the measurement installation in the same domain, and increase support for this field in terms of loans, listing and bond issuance; Fourth, we should expand international cooperation and introduce some foreign technologies, including high-level talents
in addition, improve the third-party inspection and detection capabilities, and establish a national robot inspection and evaluation center. At present, the detection of robot products is mainly the manufacturer, and a third-party inspection and detection organization needs to be established. In addition, the implementation of the robot product certification system requires the establishment of a standardized technical committee on how to change the "blue sky basically depends on the wind", formulate a number of national standards, and actively participate in the formulation of international standards.
China's manufacturing industry is in the stage of transformation and upgrading, and the industry 4.0 strategy, which focuses on robots, will accelerate the process of intelligent manufacturing
