Flexible letterpress water-based inks have also developed from rosin maleic acid modified resin to acrylic resin series (high-end) to better support the work of the experimental machine for customers. Printing plates are also transitioning from rubber plates to resin plates. Printing machines have also gradually developed from monochrome or two-color machines with large rollers to three-color or four-color flexo machines. 1 Water based inks can be roughly divided into two categories:

IV. requirements for the correct use of water-based ink:
1 Before use, the operation number should be fully stirred to keep the ink composition uniform
2. After opening and using, the ink storage should be covered and sealed immediately to prevent dust from falling and crusting
